We got to the airport on Thursday afternoon only to be informed that Am West had cancelled the flight due to mechanical problems with the plane in Phoenix. So we got to spend a night in Boise checking out the town. Nothing like Boise in winter:)
It gave us time to see the Grinch--very funny.
We made it home on Friday night to the warmth of Scottsdale. Beautiful day today.
We all had a great time. The kids were thrilled by the sledding and ice skating and snowshoeing (and Noah was, of course, telling his grandma about Gauntlet on the phone today).
Sun Valley is beautiful. Thanks for having us all. I hope we didn't create too much chaos.
